2 lbs. ground chuck
1 tbsp. Jack Daniel’s® Beef Rub
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushroom
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. canola oil
4 tbsp. minced parsley
- Combine ground chuck, Jack Daniel’s Beef Rub and heavy cream. Shape into six patties. Cook on grill to preferred doneness.
- Transfer patties to a heated platter in the oven to keep warm. Cook the mushrooms with the Worcestershire sauce until tender. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes. Pour over patties.
