Ingredients

  • 1 1/2  oz. 

    Coopers’ Craft® 82.2

  • 1/2  oz. 

    simple syrup

  • 1/2  oz. 

    lime juice

  • 2  oz. 

    pineapple juice

  • 3/4  oz. 

    Campari

  • 1 1/2  oz. 

    coconut milk

  • Pineapple wedge for garnish

Directions

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into ice-filled glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
