Double-layer chocolate cake
1 cup raspberry jam
- Split the layers of the double-layer chocolate cake, making four total.
- Mix Chambord Liqueur into raspberry jam and spread it on each of the first three layers of cake (about 1/3 cup on each) and use buttercream frosting to frost the cake. Garnish with raspberries, blueberries.
Pro-Tip: Celebrate your independence. Decorate your cake however you please—make it unique. Delicately add raspberry and blueberry garnishes in an alternating pattern and add a sprig of mint for a finishing touch.
