2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
5 tbsp. Jack Daniel’s® Chicken Rub
1 1/2 cup Jack Daniel’s® Original No. 7 Recipe Barbecue Sauce
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes prior to cooking and prepare the grill. Cut chicken and pineapple into 3/4-inch cubes and season liberally with Jack Daniel’s Chicken Rub. Assemble skewers, alternating chicken and pineapple.
- Place skewers over hot fire and turn frequently. Cook chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- During the final 2 to 3 minutes of cooking, baste with your favorite Jack Daniel’s Original No. 7 Recipe Barbecue Sauce, being careful not to burn the sauce.
