Ingredients

1 wedge, pecorino cheese
1 block goat cheese
10 oz. olives
1 roasted red pepper
1/2 lb. salami, thinly sliced
1/2 lb. prosciutto, thinly sliced
14 oz. marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 cup walnut halves

Directions

Antipasto means “before the meal,” and this platter is perfect for keeping guests happy while you prepare the main course. Arrange ingredients on a large platter and serve. Makes 12 servings.
